Learning Outcome	Understand and apply knowledge of clinical epidemiology and evidence based medicine relevant to ophthalmic practice. Use this knowledge during clinical assessment, interpreting investigations and planning clinical management for a patient. Be aware of the influence of economic and political considerations (on a local and global scale) on individual and community health and how these may be influenced.
