Overview	Know your responsibilities, regarding Critical Incidents in which you are involved. Learn about management of Critical Incidents even if I you are not directly involved. Consider what you can learn from Critical Incidents to ensure they do not recur. Consider how serious incidents, critical events and significant events will be used in revalidation. Record any such events and reflections thereon in your e-portfolio. Understand how revalidation will apply to you during training and how significant events will contribute to the ARCP process. Read and ensure that you understand the guidance on revalidation from the GMC.
