NICE seeks glaucoma guideline committee members

NICE are seeking professional members to join the glaucoma guideline committee.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Developer (NGC), Chair and other members of the guideline committee (GC) over a period of approximately one year to produce guidance on the diagnosis and management of Glaucoma on behalf of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). NICE are seeking full members of the Guideline Committee who will attend meetings and contribute throughout guideline development.

Closing date: 5pm, Thursday 16 June 2016

Time commitment: 12-15 months.

• 4 x consultant ophthalmologist
• 2 x community optometrist with an interest in glaucoma
• 1 x glaucoma trained hospital optometrist
• 1 x nurse consultant
• 1 x pharmacist
• 1 x GP
• 1 x commissioner
