Health Education England’s first National Education and Training Survey
19 November 2018
The first Health Education England (HEE) initiated survey of all staff members who are in training was launched this week. We would encourage all ophthalmologists in training to complete the survey. The survey does differ from the established General Medical Council (GMC) trainee survey, but there may be small areas of overlap.
The National Education and Training Survey (NETS) is a national survey relevant for all health care professionals which captures the quality of the learner’s experience at their place of work or practice learning environment. Responses to NETS will enable good practice to be identified and shared nationally, as well as highlight areas of risk to be addressed.
