Description: “Teaching & Enhancing Learning” will help teachers and trainers develop a variety of educational skills that will engage trainees and help them learn efficiently and effectively. This course uses a blend of independent preparatory learning with intensively facilitated practical sessions on the day. It is suitable for all doctors especially those in training roles (eg: Clinical and Educational Supervisors, College Tutors, TPDs, RAs HoSs). The course uses a blend of independent preparatory learning with intensively-facilitated practical sessions on the day. Pre-recorded lectures and preparatory work must be completed beforehand to support the small-group work.
