Overview	Reflect on ways you can obtain feedback on your attitudes and performance. Reflect on how you should react when feedback is positive or when feedback seems unfavourable. Reflect on how you can improve your ability to give feedback or obtain feedback on your feedback. Contribute to ways of obtaining formal feedback, such as designing questionnaires for teaching session feedback. Take opportunities for informal feedback, e.g. ask medical and other colleagues how they think you are doing, especially after you have handled a difficult situation.
