Assessor	Note: may require several DOPS for different techniques/indications

Overview	Know the indications for the use of botulinum toxin for ocular surface protection, treating squints and blepharospasm. Be aware of the drug dose for the different indications. Inform patients appropriately of the risks and benefits of the treatment, according to the indication and site.
