TITLE	IRRIGATION AND DEBRIDEMENT OF OCULAR CONTAMINANTS

Learning Outcome	Irrigate and debride ocular contaminants as part of the emergency management of ocular injury. Assess ocular pH and know for how long irrigation must continue. Give advice to others providing first-aid for eye injuries.
Assessment	DOPS Portfolio Part 2 FRCOphth
Assessor	DOPS can be completed by an appropriately trained nurse or senior OST
